We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team at Earnix.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the insurance domain, demonstrating expertise in policy administration systems within an Insurance organization and ideally familiarity (not necessarily expertise) with Guidewire integration.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive strategy for integrating our product with major insurance core systems and components
  • Ensure compatibility and efficient interoperability between systems.
  • Work with customers, users and internal parties to truly understand, map and prioritize customer and user needs
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle to ensure the required feature set and desired functionality are delivered
  • Surface new opportunities for providing value to our customers
  • Drive the product planning and design process by working closely with clients, client services, sales, marketing, engineering, business and partners
  • Help communicate the product benefits, functionality and value proposition to internal team members and potential customers

You’ll do it using:

  • Extensive experience in the Insurance space
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Technical Consultant.
  • You will have a familiarity with policy administration systems and integration, specifically Guidewire.
  • Ideally, you will have worked as a Business Analyst

You’ll excel by:

  • Deep knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
  • An In-depth understanding of the insurance industry, with a focus on policy administration.
  • Strong understanding of insurance core systems like Guidewire, Duck Creek, Sapiens, and Majesco.
  • Familiarity with Guidewire integration is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in integrating RESTful APIs and familiar with modern web service architectures.
  • Comfortable engaging with C-suite customers, and acting as a consultant in client-facing interactions.
  • Experience in designing processes related to requirements, implementation, and integration.
  • Being able to effectively communicate and collaborate with development teams to implement and consume requirements.
  • Proficient in crafting and managing statements of works to clearly outline project scopes.
  • You’ll be diligent and organized in writing requirements, ideally leveraging a business analyst background.
