This role presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with international clients and internal teams, driving the execution of intricate projects within the textile industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scopes and objectives aligned with our client's goals.
• Efficiently manage timelines and resources to meet project commitments and exceed client expectations.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across global client organizations, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Create and maintain thorough project documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify and address risks to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with our client's Research & Development team to bring innovative textile products to market.
• Utilise effective communication and negotiation skills to navigate project challenges and drive consensus among stakeholders.

Qualifications, Education, Skills, and Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification preferred.
• Proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel, is a must.
• Proven track record in project management, ideally within the textile or manufacturing sector.
• A self-motivated and confident individual, dedicated to delivering outstanding results.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in conflict resolution.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to integrate data from various sources effectively.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Commercial awareness and adeptness in influencing stakeholders.
• Ability to balance client priorities with business objectives, ensuring mutual success.
