Introduction
Are you looking for an opportunity that will see you take responsibility for standards and quality across care homes for Adults with L/D and or Autism in London and the South East? If so, join Elysium as a Quality & Assurance Lead and feel valued and supported as you help provide meaningful change.
Reporting to the Executive Hospital Director, you will ensure the care homes compliance standards are met, including CQC, ICB, and Local authority standards.
As a senior member of the team, you will lead and implement corporate, regional and local policies and procedures, which will see you develop systems, deliver or arrange training, review policies and support quality priorities and initiatives.
You will be responsible for co-producing an overall site-specific Quality and Assurance plan that reflects the needs of each site alongside the sites Registered Manager and Regional Senior Management.
