Role: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Romford
Salary: £50,000 + car or car allowance
Executive Network Group have been retained by a leading utilities business, who are seeking a Quantity Surveyor, experienced in utilities, either client or contractor side.
What you’ll get to work on:
- Support commercial function
- Estimation of project costs
- Post-contract management
- Cost reporting
- Attending sites to carry out measurement and value work completed
- Calculating and reporting VOWD – Value of work done
- Advise on contractual claims
- Prepare final accounts
- Manage assessment and certification of monthly applications for payment
- Assess commercial policies to fully meet the requirements of the customers and stakeholders
Who are we looking for:
- Educated to a degree standard or equivalent qualification/experience
- Experience in within utilities, civil engineering
