Due to growing demand from our client network, we are increasing our team size in the new Moorgate office.

As a SAP Recruiter with us, you'll play a pivotal role in sourcing top-tier talent to fuel our continued success and growth.

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talented professionals with expertise in SAP technologies.

You will utilise AI tools and headhunting methods to grow your network and attract the best SAP talent in the European market.

• Collaborate with Account Managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilise various sourcing methods, including networking, AI automation, direct calls, social media, and referrals, to attract qualified SAP professionals.
• Screen CVs and conduct qualification process for specific SAP roles.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay up to date of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor practices to inform recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

• You have gained experience in either recruitment or sales, ideally in the SAP or a similar technology market.
• You are motivated to succeed and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong desire to continuously improve yourself and learn new recruitment strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
• Organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experienced with the Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Power Point, Word).
• You are fluent in English and knowledge of another language is a plus.
• No university degree required.
