Trainee Recruitment Consultant (£40k+ OTE, Uncapped Commission, Travel Incentives)

We are seeking a highly motivated recruitment consultant to join the team and be an essential part of our mission to become the No.1 recruitment business within our space. Previous recruitment experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• candidates via social media, job boards and international networking events.
• candidates and advise on suitable roles whilst guiding them end-to-end along the process.
• and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within client businesses and with top talent in the industry.
• organised and efficient in delivering feedback, organizing interviews and offering CV support.
• best practices in ensuring processes run smoothly and both candidates and clients are highly satisfied.
• profiles on recruitment software and ensure it is always updated.
• collaboratively within a team and contribute insights and recommendations to enhance strategies and branding.
• in touch with the market and know about industry trends, emerging technologies and competitor activities.
• training and mentorship with fast development opportunities to support your career aspirations and grow the organization

Requirements:

• degree or equivalent work experience.
• motivated personality with a desire to do well and be competitive.
• communication and interpersonal skills.
• organizational and time-management abilities.
• and results-oriented with a desire to achieve targets.
• to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• in German or French is a benefit but not a must.
