Responsible for ensuring the Recruitment and Training budget and all KPI targets are met. Responsible for the management of driver CPC in line with the European Directive and legislation.

Hours of work
38 hours per week working Monday to Friday. Hours will involve shiftwork between 06:00 & 22:00 and there will be a requirement to work the occasional weekend on a rota basis. There may also be times that there is a need to work outside of the usual hours of operation in line with the needs of the business.
