In this strategic role within OBSS Technology's Global Team, the Sales Director will be instrumental in navigating the sales process, consistently delivering to our clientele, and building a robust pipeline.

You'll be initiating strategic deals, steering negotiations, and securing successful deal closures, all while amplifying our sales pipeline's caliber and fostering lucrative, long-term partnerships grounded in trust.

We are looking for people who can cover three main objectives:

  • Help shape and execute the go-to-market strategy for OBSS in the UK
  • Generate sales, initially as a sole contributor, later bringing on further sales individuals under
  • your direction
  • Provide client management oversight for clients alongside delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forge strategic partnerships with OBSS's Executive Team to drive ambitious company growth goals.
  • Engage in proactive prospecting, identifying key stakeholders within target accounts to fuel new business ventures.
  • Cultivate enduring client relationships by addressing their unique business needs.
  • Architect and deploy a dynamic sales strategy to broaden our customer base and global footprint.
  • Analyze market trends to set and achieve aggressive sales targets, fueling our continued expansion.
  • Remain at the industry's cutting edge, leveraging news and developments to uncover fresh prospects.
  • Drive national sales efficiency through meticulous planning and team coordination.
  • Exceed sales benchmarks across all timeframes, showcasing your contribution through detailed reports and analyses to executive leadership.

Qualifications:

  • A seasoned professional with at least 15 years of significant experience in one of the core sectors of Financial Services, FinTech, or the Startup Ecosystem. Applicants should have a robust background in managing comprehensive business operations and a proven involvement in the inception and market deployment of competitive services.
  • A strategic thinker and achiever with an established history of advancing business frontiers through dynamic outreach, engaging client relations, and effective sales pitches.
  • An autonomous leader capable of insightful decision-making and steering projects with assurance.
