What will you be doing?

• Having a chat! You'll be sparking meaningful conversations and building solid relationships through outbound calls to customers who've expressed interest in life insurance.
• Being the Master of Persuasion: You'll learn to skilfully navigate through customer objections, turning every 'no' into a 'tell me more'
• Curiosity didn’t kill the cat… By asking the right questions, you'll uncover customer needs and provide tailored solutions, earning their trust and commitment.
• Details, details, details: You'll be the Sherlock Holmes of data, capturing and recording precise information in our internal system.
• Aim for the stars: You'll strive to meet and exceed personal sales targets and KPIs, because who doesn't love a bit of healthy competition
• Regulatory guru: You'll familiarise yourself with company policies and procedures, ensuring your conduct aligns with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) standards.
