Medical Equipment - Senior Sales Representative - English & Czech Speaking

At Randox Laboratories, we’re hiring for a Czech speaking Senior Sales Representative who would be interested in moving to Prague or Brno, Czech Republic to oversee our local distributor while building new and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

This position is ideal for someone self-assured who can handle the sales duties independently as we expand our presence in the Czech market. This will be a field-based sales role where you will be tasked with directly searching, contacting, and selling products to end user customers such as Hospitals, Laboratories, Private GP’s, University Laboratories etc.

The Role:

• Development of our business interests within Clinical Chemistry Analysers, Reagents and Quality Control Materials within a hugely diverse sales territory.
• Managing key relations with our current customer while building new customers’ base.
• Conducting regular customer visits to understand our customer needs and wants.
• contact with our Country Manager with the preparation of sales reports and sales projections.
• maintenance of a high level of product knowledge and competitor awareness.
• Attending conferences and trade shows as required.

The Candidate:

Essential:

• Strong commercial experience within the Medical Devices sector or strong knowledge of Medical Diagnostic products such as Analysers, Reagents, Quality Controls within a Laboratory setting.
• Proactive approach and self-starting spirit to challenges in the market.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Science, or Business-related discipline.
• Fluency in both English and Czech.
• Interested in working and living in Czech Republic.
• The ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with high-level business partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
