Are you an experienced Medcomms Senior Account Director, ready to take on a pivotal role in driving client success and agency growth?

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Account Director to join a dynamic team at a leading agency in the heart of the industry.

The agency is driven by delivering engaging medical communications, keeping science at the heart of everything it does with the added sparkle of a creative edge.

It offers a wonderful mixture of promotional, strategic, medical education, and training initiatives across global and regional projects.

As the Senior Account Director, you will focus on leading a large, rare disease account.

Role Highlights:

Meticulous Planning: Drive meticulous account planning, encompassing resourcing, financial management, and forecasting for seamless integration of activities.

Strategic Leadership: Anticipate challenges and confidently lead the team to ensure flawless delivery and integration of activities, fostering growth organically and through new business ventures.

Client Commitment: Demonstrate dedication to understanding client's needs, goals, and competition, inspiring them, and identifying growth opportunities.

Operational Efficiency: Maintain organisation and efficiency while managing multiple clients, initiatives, and team members, contributing ideas to enhance agency processes.

Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the agency's values and principles, fostering positive relationships with clients, candidates, and the team.

Requirements:

Experienced Marketer: Bring gravitas to gain client trust and provide strategic counsel, fostering a positive and nurturing team environment.

Innovative Leader: Drive excellence through the right processes, fostering a fun and nurturing team environment that encourages growth and innovation.

Effective Communicator: Establish trust through proactive and honest communication, building enduring client relationships.

Educational Background: Holds a minimum of a BSc in a Scientific Degree, providing a solid foundation for understanding complex scientific concepts.

Medical Communications Agency Experience: Previous experience working as an Account Director or Senior Account Director in a medical communications agency, demonstrating expertise in the field.
