Main Duties:End to end purchase ledger management of assigned accountsAssisting the company secretary with monthly payment runsScanning and filingLiaising internally and externally to resolve supplier queriesCompletion of thorough monthly statement reconciliation’sInputting high volume supplier invoices via the agree 3-way matching processEnsuring invoices are input accurately in a timely mannerProcessing of high-volume POD’s into the finance systemEnsuring the correct VAT has been applied for CIS invoicesPerson Specification:Previous full end to end purchase ledger experience is requiredGood time managementWork well to strict deadlinesExperience of working on multiple ledgersConfident communications & a great attention to detailMicrosoft Dynamics experience would be desirableFor immediate consideration or more information on the role, please contact (url removed)
