SENIOR SALES MANAGER

JOB ROLE: SENIOR SALES MANAGER

LOCATION: Central London, UK

Measure of Success

In the first few months, you would have:

·      Demonstrated a strong understanding of Pavegen and it’s potential market

·      Be able to identify and articulate the benefits of these sales

·      Built strong relationships and rapport

·      Fostered a good relationship with your internal team

·      Use internal systems effectively

·       

Responsibilities of the Role:

·      Maintain relationships with existing clients

·      Sourcing new suppliers and building new partnerships

·      Generate sales opportunities

·      Develop and implement strategies to grow the business globally

·      Internal presentations

·      Present and pitch to clients with clarity and confidence

·      International travel required

·      Networking events

       

What you will need

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree educated
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales
  • Desired experience in closing deals with major brands
  • Exceptional attention to detail - this is a fast-paced job
  • Experience working with agencies, account management and sales.
  • Be a digital native, aware of emerging trends, strategies and technologies
  • A fiercely competitive nature, a target driven attitude and desire to win
  • The ability to motivate and lead others
  • To be able to be in our London office, 2-3 days a week.
  • A sense of fun and a desire to get stuck into a huge challenge!
