Senior Site Manager – Super Prime ResidentialMy client are a well respected main contractor who have forged an excellent reputation for delivering projects of the highest specification within the Prime Residential marketplace.
They have a very good working environment, which is personified by their very low staff turnover.
Their projects include both new build and refurbishment of grand residences in London, as well as large country houses, rectories and manors in the Home Counties and South East.
My client are currently seeking a Senior Site Manager for a number of upcoming projects located throughout prime central London.
Successful candidates will have proven track records as well as stable careers working as no.
1 on various high end residential refurbishment projects ranging from £4m - £8m in contract value.
This is a permanent position and my client are looking for Senior Site Managers who want a long term career with them, who are ambitious for career progression and would help develop the team.
