Service Charge AccountantLocation: HolbornHybrid: 1-2 dys in office, 3-4 day work from home per weekSalary: £37,000 - 45,000 per annumIn2 Consult have partnered with a Commercial Real Estate company looking for a talented service charge accountant to assist in the day to day smooth running of the function.Job Duties:Manage and reconcile service charge accounts for residential propertiesPrepare annual service charge budgets and forecastsReview and analyse service charge expenditure and incomeEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and legislationCommunicate with property managers, residents, and external stakeholders regarding service charge mattersProvide support during audits and financial reviewsRequired Qualifications:Experience in service charge accounting within the property management sectorStrong understanding of financial principles and regulationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge and Skills:Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft ExcelAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication and interpersonal skills
