Specialist Support AnalystAnderson Knight working with a leading organisation within the financial services industry. We are currently looking to onboard a Specialist Support Analyst, reporting to the Head of Collections on a full-time hybrid basis. The main responsibilities include supporting customers who may be vulnerable and/or in arrears and seek solutions, leading to a positive outcome.Shifts are allocated to cover service during working hours on a rotational basis, flexibility is required, hybrid working is available upon completion of training (5-6 weeks).Hours - Mon-Fri 08:00-20:00Weekends 09:00-18:00Salary - £23-25kKey Responsibilities: * Provide compassionate assistance to possible vulnerable customers facing financial challenges. * Ensure adherence to FCA regulations in all interactions and processes. * Maintain accurate records of all customer correspondence, including letters, emails, phone calls. * Manage customer accounts and update details. * Advise on suitable repayment plans based on customer needs. * Identify opportunities for process enhancements. * Display strong telephone skills, building rapport with the customer and communicating well to come to a positive resolution.Requirements: * Previous experience in supporting vulnerable customers. * Ability to display knowledge of the FCA handbook. * Preferred experience within finance and collectionsBenefits: * 33 days holiday 25 days annual and 8 public days * Birthday day holiday * Discretionary bonus * Up to 15% pension contributions * Eyecare/PMI
