Team Leader in Aldridge

The role of a Team Leader will be to aid the company’s day to day function of the manufacturing facility.

You will be responsible for a small team of operators as their point of contact.

Details of a Team LeaderMonday – Friday 06:00 – 15:30 // Monday Thursday 11:30 – 22:00 (Rotating shifts)£12.

50Temp – PermRole Requirements of a Team Leader * Ideally have plastic injection moulding experience * Daily monitoring of manufacturing facility and machines * Delegate machine duties to shop floor staff and schedule shop floor rest breaks * Monitor workers during production activities and ensure adherence to quality and safety policies * Ensure products meet manufacturing standards * Sign off first off samples and last off samples * Report any errors or required modifications to quality processing sheets * Ensure scrap is recorded for morning and afternoon shifts * Inform management of downtime in machinery * Inform management of accidents or safety concernsQualifications of a Team Leader * Good team work skills * Familiarity with plastic injection mouldingBenefits of a Team Leader * 28 days holiday * On site parking Team Leader Extra Recruitment are recruiting for a Team Leader in the Aldridge area.
