Job Description:

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage our Microsoft technology projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, as well as a solid understanding of Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Endpoint Manager, Microsoft Defender, and M365.

This role involves being customer facing and coordinating with our technical team, Solutions Architects, Delivery lead and team, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of Microsoft-based solutions across multiple organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

• execute, monitor, and control Microsoft technology projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, scope, budget, and schedule.
• project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, and escalate them as appropriate.
• effectively with customers, technical team, Solutions Architects, Delivery lead and team, and other stakeholders, providing regular status updates, reports, and feedback.
• quality standards and customer satisfaction are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• project resources, including human, financial, and technical resources.
• project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality Microsoft solutions.
• with the CTO and other Project Managers to share lessons learned, best practices, and improve project delivery processes.
• commercial agreements
• and foster positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT sector.
• in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PRINCE2, etc.
• of Microsoft technologies, such as Azure, M365, Endpoint Manager, and Defender.
• communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget.
• project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are highly desirable.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are a plus.
