Our inspirational studios are in a recently refurbished mill in Harpenden, 26 minutes by train from London St Pancras International, and within easy access of the M1 and M25.

Key responsibilities:
As Client Services Manager you will play a pivotal role in our Client Services Team.
Reporting to the Client Services Director, you will leverage your leadership, people management, and account management skills to:
• Develop, manage, and nurture key relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute strategic insights to major project briefs and campaigns.
• Guide and inspire the wider account team, ensuring high performance and the delivery of our promises to clients.
• Leverage your negotiation and commercial acumen to meet the expectations of both clients and our agency.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities, fostering organic growth and attracting new clients.
• Play an active role in winning new business, collaborating with the creative team to deliver exceptional presentations.
• Support the Client Services Director in resourcing, budgeting, and people management, including performance reviews and objective setting for the team.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Minimum of three years experience in a senior client services role, preferably within a creative or marketing environment.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and expanding client portfolios, demonstrating the ability to cultivate and nurture long-term relationships.
• Possess a strategic and innovative mindset, adept at uncovering insights beyond the surface level.
• Excellent communication skills, complemented by strong leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Confidently delivers proposals and creative pitches at a senior/board level.
• Skilled in conducting comprehensive research, gaining valuable insights, and ensuring that project requirements are aligned with objectives.
• Ideally experienced in the medical/healthcare sector, with an in-depth understanding of HCP and patient journeys.
• Demonstrates commercial acumen, with a thorough grasp of business priorities, financial dynamics and, industry trends across both client and agency sectors.
• Proficient in performance management and personnel evaluation
• Embraces a positive and collaborative approach, combined with a curious mindset and the confidence to challenge conventional thinking.
